Impossible Dream Farm is located in northwest Georgia, just minutes south of Rome. We are only 30 minutes from I-75 and I-20, two hours from Chattanooga, and one hour from Atlanta (one and a half hours from the Atlanta Airport). Nestled in the historic Collard Valley of Polk County, we are truly in a place meant for horses. Pleasant weather and quiet surroundings make it a perfect place for horses and equestrian enthusiasts alike. If you are coming from out-of-town Cedartown also offers several hotels and all of the emenities you would need. Please check out MAPQUEST for additional information.

 
 

 

From Rome: Take Hwy 101 South towards Rockmart. Approx. 7 mls outside of Rome, there will be brick church on left called Pleasant Hope Baptist Church. Take next road on right called Old Rockmart Road. Go 2 mls and turn right on Byrd Station Rd. Go 2 mls and barn is on right. Turn at gated entrance and paved driveway..

From Cedartown: Take rd that runs beside Home Depot (Davis Rd) until it dead ends into Wyatt Rd. Turn left. Go to first stop sign. Turn left onto Fish Creek Rd. Go less than one mile. You will go up a hill. First driveway on left after you top the hill and start back down. Big white barn will be on your left.

From I-75: Go 75 north to Emerson, Allatoona Rd. Exit. Turn left. You will go under I-75 then at top of the hill, you will go under Ga 41. Take 1st rd. To left (Old Alabama Rd) after you pass Ga 41. Go to dead end and turn right(Ga. 61). Go to the stop light and turn left (Ga.113). Go approx. 6 mls to Taylorsville. Turn right (Main St). Take this rd into Aragon where it will dead end into Ga. 101. Turn right. Go approx. 4 mls Burton's Kwik Stop will be on your right. There will be left turn lane. Turn left onto Collard Valley Rd. Go up across RR tracks, at stop sign turn right (Old Rome Rd). Go approx. 1 ml (2nd rd to left) to Hugh Stewart Rd. Turn left. Go to dead end. Turn left on Fish Creek rd. Go 0.7 mls. Barn is on right. Turn at mailbox with horse. 2061 on post.

From I-20: Take Thornton Road Exit. Go north on Thornton Rd, it will turn into Ga. 278. You will pass through Hiram & Dallas. Once into Rockmart (McDonald's on left), you will turn right on Ga. 101. Go just under six mls, Burton's Kwik Stop will be on your right. There will be left turn lane. Turn left onto Collard Valley Rd. Go up across RR tracks, at stop sign turn right (Old Rome Rd). Go approx. 1 ml (2nd rd to left) to Hugh Stewart Rd. Turn left. Go to dead end. Turn left on Fish Creek rd. Go 0.7 mls. Barn is on right. Turn at mailbox with horse. 2061 on post.

From Alabama: Take I-20 East to Ga. 27 Exit. Go north towards Bremen. You will go a little over 20 mls to get to Cedartown. Follow Cedartown By-pass (Ga 27 loop). Take Collard Valley Rd. to right. Go through first stop sigh, at the second stop sign, take left (Wyatt Rd). Go to next stop sign, turn left (Fish Creek rd). Go less than one mile. You will go up a hill. First driveway on left after you top the hill and start back down. Big white barn.

From Canton/Cumming (Hwy 20) Area: Take Hwy 20 west toward Cartersville/Rome. There will be a few turns, but stay on Hwy 20. The turns will be marked. Just follow signs through Cartersville to Rome. Once you get into Rome, take Rockmart/Hwy 101 exit. Turn left. Follow directions above listed from Rome.

From Newnan/Carrollton Area: From Newnan, take Hwy 16 to Carrollton. Then take Hwy 27 towards Bremen/Cedartown. Follow Hwy 27 almost into Cedartown. Turn right onto 27 Loop (also called Hwy 27 Bypass). Go through 2 lights. Turn right onto Collard Valley Rd. Go about 1-2 miles. Veer left at three way stop (onto Wyatt Rd). Go about 1 mile to stop sign. Turn left onto Fish Creek Rd. Second driveway on left (you will see barn after you top the hill).
